About the Club
DeWitt Fish & Game Club is a membership organization, which has been in existence since the 1930's and has been located at 6560 Woodchuck Hill Road, Jamesville, NY since 1942. Since that time, DeWitt has established itself as the premier clay target-shooting club in Central New York. The beautiful expansive grounds, nestled within its tree lined border, contains seven Trap fields, five Skeet fields (1 is Wobble, 1 is International), a 5-Stand Sporting Clays field, a Rifle/Pistol Range, and an Archery Range. During its history, DeWitt Fish & Game Club has been host to State Skeet and Trap Championships, the National Sports Festival, Police Olympics, the Empire State Games, International Skeet and Trap, Biathlon Events, and the Syracuse Winter Festival. Local Olympic hopefuls have utilized DeWitt as their primary practice fields, as well. Individuals and families interested in becoming members are encouraged to visit our facility during normal operating hours...youth are especially welcome. Instruction and safety training is available for beginners.

Due to the reclaiming of lead there will be no shooting this Saturday (August 2, 2008) until 12 noon.
